We wanted to combine the restaurant’s most engaging experiences – the tasting menu and mystery wine for a unique dinner. The theme of the evening is ‘The Judgement of Burgundy.’ You will enjoy half glasses of benchmark wine that I have selected as we deep dive into the world of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. All wines will be poured blind and we will reveal the bottles at the end of the night.
As you may know, prices of Burgundy are becoming increasingly out of reach. While this is not our $75 tasting menu steal, in typical Union Kitchen fashion, we will in fact be pouring the wines AT COST.
Tim will be cooking every plate. The menu will include dover sole, duck and other dishes to compliment the wines. We are limiting seating to just 20 spots.
